12% polyacrylamide gel in tris-glycine-SDS buffer for separation of proteins. Gel is 9.5 × 10 cm, 1-mm thick, with 10 sample wells. Fits Carolina’s vertical gel box as well as many others. Precast gels have a shelf life of 2 months when refrigerated.
