This fun classroom activity allows students to become plant detectives while learning about basic plant structure. Students study microscope slides of different plant parts (roots, stems, leaves, and flowers) and use the knowledge gained to identify the part represented on a mystery slide. The classroom set includes 8 sets of 5 reference slides, 8 mystery slides, teacher’s manual with student guide, and access to free digital content online. All slides are packaged in plastic storage boxes.
