Description
Measure speed, lap time, and cumulative lap time with just one timer. In speed mode, the BeeSpi’s 2 infrared sensors capture an object’s speed as it passes through the photogate. Set the BeeSpi to lap time mode and measure the time between passes; set to cumulative lap time, it measures time elapsed after multiple passes.
Use one BeeSpi to study the harmonic motion of a pendulum or the speed of a cart down an air track. Use 2 BeeSpis to study free-fall acceleration or acceleration down an inclined plane. BeeSpi measures speeds from 0.00 to 99.99 km/hr, 0.00 to 99.99 m/s, and 0.00 to 999.9 cm/s and lap time from 0.00 to 99.99 seconds. BeeSpi stores up to 5 measurements.
Timer dimensions, about 6 cm L × 6 cm W × 5 cm H. Two AAA batteries needed but not supplied. Instructions included
