Description
The Computed Tomography Module records x-ray illuminated 2d projections that, in tandem with the e-learning software, can be visualized in two or three dimensions. The interactive 3D scan can be rotated, zoomed-in, support transparency, and projections, and illuminated using effects similar to the Heidelberger ray-tracing model.
With low energy x-ray radiation (35 keV) and a minimalistic measuring method, high-resolution images of various objects can be obtained within a few minutes. The Computed Tomography Module places an emphasis on the scanning process and image evaluation, allowing students to learn quantitatively and qualitatively.
