Choose the parents from:
- Chromosome 1 Mutants (sex-linked)
- Chromosome 2 Mutants
- Chromosome 3 Mutants
- Multichromosomal Mutants
Note: When culture arrives, remove caps but leave plugs in place. Keep cultures out of sunlight and maintain at 68–77° F (20–25° C).
