Description
Simple plant tissue cultures using African violets. Students initiate leaf cultures of African violet or gloxinia, carry them through the multiplication stage, and transplant the plantlets into soil.
Instructor must provide a healthy African violet (#157343) or gloxinia plant and 70% alcohol.
The Demonstration Kit is for 1 to 4 students. Comes complete with instructions.
