Carolina® Separation Station I provides 1 Carolina® NG Electrophoresis Power Supply (item #213704), which can run 2 gel boxes simultaneously up to 145 V; and 2 Carolina® Deluxe Gel Electrophoresis Chambers (item #213710), with gaskets that eliminate the need for tape when pouring gels.

- Chamber center tray notches and four 8-well combs (included) offer the option of running 16 samples per gel
- Includes 2 non-warping trays with gaskets at each end that make 3-1/4″ W x 3-3/4″ L gels without the need for tape
