Description
Schistosoma japonicum male, w.m. microscope slide. This species lives in the hepatic portal veins of man, cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, cats, rabbits and other mammals. It causes the human disease called oriental schistosomiasis. Occurs only in China and Japan.
