Description
This small ciliate can be easily cultured in large numbers in simple media. It is a chief food organism for many other protozoa. Optimal medium: Protozoan Pellet + Wheat Seed + Springwater. Optimal growth temperature: 22° C.
Culture contains enough material for a class of 30 students. A free dropping pipet is included with each culture. Please state the expected use date and allow sufficient time for proper handling.
