Each culture contains enough material for a class of 30 students. Please state the expected use date and allow sufficient time for proper handling. A free dropping pipet is included with each culture. Description: Paramecium multimicronucleatum is generally supplied; the organism is characterized by a single macronucleus and 3 or 4 micronuclei. Medium: Carolina® Springwater + Wheat Seed (Protozoan Pellets, item #132360, can be added as extra nutrients). Optimum growth temperature: 22° C.
