Description
This collection of 15 potted plants demonstrates the great diversity of forms found in the plant kingdom. Includes one or more representatives from among the ferns, gymnosperms, tropical foliage plants, and other flowering plants such as begonia, geranium, palms, cacti, and succulents. This collection can be used for a number of interesting classroom demonstrations: plant morphology, ecological adaptation, plant taxonomy, and many others. It can also be used to teach students the basics of plant cultivation; soil, water, and light requirements; plant propagation; and other horticultural practices.
