Description
Leaded or unleaded? Ask the right question and get the right answer. Students perform accurate, simple, and nonhazardous tests for lead in soil they collect themselves. The quick, 3-step procedure allows for an accuracy reading of up to 100 parts per million (ppm). Simply fill the test vial with soil, add reagent, mix for 30 s, dip test strip in soil/reagent mixture, and wait. Within minutes a color change will occur on the test strip pad and the presence or absence of lead will be evident.
Instructions and enough materials for 5 soil tests included.
