Carolina® SmartCheck™ All Blue Protein Markers are blue protein standards with 10 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights—from 10 to 180 kDa in tris-glycine buffer (9 to 170 kDa in bis-tris [MOPS] buffer and bis-tris [MES] buffer). Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore, and 2 reference bands (at 25 kDa and 72 kDa, in the presence of tris-glycine buffer) are enhanced in intensity. Enough for 10 reactions. Unit of 50 µL.
