Use preserved lamprey to study the anatomy of primitive vertebrates. Lamprey are cartilaginous, jawless fish in the superclass Agnatha. They are eel-like in appearance, lack paired fins, and have an oral disk lined with teeth. These specimens are perfect for evolutionary biology or comparative anatomy courses. Preserved in formalin and shipped in Carosafe®, our formaldehyde-free holding solution.
