Description
- Demonstrate how ocean currents influence the water cycle
- Build a working water cycle model
- Explore how environmental changes affect the water cycle
Grades 9–12. Students discover basic principles of the hydrosphere. Generating a working model, they investigate ocean currents and determine what creates and influences both surface and subsurface currents. They then expand their investigation—crafting a working model water cycle and experimenting with how different environmental conditions may affect it.
