This convenient package of Carolina kits for all 12 traditional AP® labs has what you need. Each kit includes materials for 32 students, with teacher and student instructions. Replacement Set Package includes replacement sets for all 12 classic AP® labs (except items #746540 Population Genetics and Evolution Kit and #746580 Physiology of the Circulatory System Kit) and consumables for items #211146 pBLU® Colony Transformation Kit and #211149 Restriction Enzyme Cleavage of DNA Kit. The Complete Lab Package and Replacement Set Package do not include item #171100 Carolina BioKits®: Chromosome Simulation Kit, Activity C, or item #171967 Carolina BioKits®: Drosophila, Part B. Both of these kits are available separately.
